So, apparently, every third episode is well-paced and holds my interest. So I'll stick with my original assessment that they had 8 episodes of material and had to pad it out to 12. |

I got to see JatA on the big screen when it was re-released in 1978 (and the only Harryhausen film I ever saw in the theater). It was one of the best cinematic experiences I ever had. |
