The title is actually A Mosquito-Man (2016), according to IMDB, and it's a movie rather than a TV series, so I moved it to this section.

It looks like A Mosquito-Man was previously released in 2013 under the title Mosquito-Man or Sucker. Same cast, crew, and plot.
