The look of television changed quite a lot between the latter decades of the 20th century and the first decade of the 21st.

Not only were the shows slicker looking — with bigger budgets, better sets, and skillful CGI special effect — but also the shift from the old CRT televisions to big scree, HD TVs with LED and plasma screens!
