CBR (Comic Book Resources) had a brief news item that Gold Key comics is being revived as Gold Key Entertainment, L.L.C.

Early stages now, so no word about any of their projects they are looking into at the moment.

Been a lifelong fan of the GK comic books with both their television and movie adaptations, as well as their original characters such as Turok: Son of Stone, Solar: Man of the Atom, Magnus: Robot Fighter 4,000 AD, and Mighty Samson.

All of those GK heroes would make excellent adaptations to live action films.

They did an animated direct-to-DVD movie for Turok that was quite good. Adapting the other GK heroes in the same way would also work very well.

No word on whether any of these characters will be part of the GK reboot.
