Please check out All Sci-Fi's brand new forum — the first one I've added to the board in several years! Very Happy

It's located in the section called Science Fiction Chat, and it's called Threads about Imaginary Sequels & Alternate Plotlines.

Here's how I describe it in the introductory thread._
________________________________________________

This new forum is intended to encourage our members to compose replies to some of the more elaborate posts I've made, like the ones under the titles Thinking Outside the "Plot"! and Let's Create a Sequel!. Very Happy

Naturally, the threads in which I first made the posts below contain any-and-all replies our members wanted to make — and there have been many great ones, too! Very Happy

However, what I'm hoping for in this new forum is feedback on my own ideas, as well as new ideas by you guys on the same subjects. Unfortunate, replies to my original post haven't generated many replies, — and that's a bit disappointing. Sad

So, this forum will give our members a central location for some of the posts I've created which were designed to challenge your imaginations! Cool

A small request: If you just want to post general info about the movies the threads are about, please do it in the original threads.

In other words, this forum is for wild, wonderful, wacky, original ideas! Mr. Green

And so, folks, put on your thinking caps, roll up your sleeves, and burn the midnight oil! Brew yourself a freash pot of coffee and rise to this new challenge like a true Super Hero Sci-Fi Fan.

Please make All Sci-Fi the showplace for those imaginative thoughts which your favorite classics have inspired. I'm sure you've got terrific concepts of your own — and we're all eager to hear them!

I'm delighted that you folks are enjoying the 40+ threads that have been posted in Threads about Imaginary Sequels & Alternate Plotlines.

The number of "views" these post are getting is very encouraging! Each of hese threads has been read by dozens of people.

In fact, one of the threads is a "run-way hit"! I'd like to thank Morbius for his Forbidden Planet post. His thread has the most replies — with 10 and counting — and it has the most "views, with 253!

Bravo! _

Guys, I'm grateful to all the folks who have enjoyed the post in All Sci-Fi's newest forum.

I sure wish more of our members would take a moment to at least give a quick "thumbs up" to the posts they liked. The folks who contribute to All Sci-Fi need a bit of encouragement from time to time. Cool
