YouTube has a number of episodes from this great show, and the picture quality suggests that they're from the restored DVDs sold by Shout Factory.

From IMDB: A meeting of scientists is disrupted when it is discovered that someone is trying to kill them by using a a beam made up of ultrasonic sound.

Ray Collins — who starred as Lt. Tragg in Perry Mason — is conducting a science convention at a posh hotel when he's joined by an elderly friend and colleague he's known for decades (played by Ludwig Stössel).

Just as the two men begin to reminisce about old times, a scream is heard from the adjoining room.

One of the other convention attendees is found dead, and his research papers are gone. The two scientists examine the scene of the crime and determine that the victim was killed by an ultrasonic device.

Stössel has brought his new invention to show Tragg, a large, complex camera which can see through walls and other solid matter. He uses it to shot movies of various areas of the hotel and expose the activities of the foreign agents who are stealing top secret scientific information.

This isn't one of the more entertaining episodes, dispute the imaginative concepts. And the picture quality is poor.
Sad
