YouTube has a number of episodes from this great show, and the picture quality suggests that they're from the restored DVDs sold by Shout Factory.

If you guys are wonder why I've been shamelessly posting spoilers on these Science Fiction Theatre comments, its because I am well aware of the sad fact that nobody is actually WATCHING these great episodes! Rolling Eyes

In fact, I'm not even sure any of All Sci-Fi's members are even READING my posts. Sad

But that's okay, because I really enjoying composing my comments . . . despite the lack of replies. Very Happy

The episode starts with a wonderful lecture by Truman Bradley about how science has dispelled many misconception and superstitions — as well as confirming others!

For example, science has confirmed the old wives' tale that frogs can cause warts! It was discovered that a certain species of frog has a gland under it's throat which actually DID cause warts! Shocked

The story then dives into pure science fiction with story that seems a lot like a Twilight Zone episode. In a remote Midwestern region, the prescience of a large meteorite crater is explained by the local citizens as being caused by the crash of alien spacecraft, several years ago.

Today, the one-room schoolhouse in this small desert community has three unusual children who possess telekinetic powers, and they use them to torment their poor school teacher (Marilyn Erskine). She is forced to endure the strange things happening in her classroom.

But the teacher is no fool — she knows that three of her students are causing all the strange things going on.

Fortunately the young teacher's boyfriend is a young scientist (Bradford Jackson) who is a member of a group who are seeking kids like these, because they know what they really are.

But when the young scientist test the kids' remarkable abilities, they suddenly realize that he understands what they really are, and that he's a threat to their existence! They storm out of the school house after threatening their teacher and the young scientist.

The teacher then proves that she's very intelligent by telling the young scientist that if he reports this finding to his superiors, the three children will know they're 're in danger, and they might respond by causing great harm!

Moments later the teacher's dire prediction comes true when the school house begins to fall apart and she's trapped beneath a fallen girder! :;shock:

Watch the episode on YouTube and find out how this interesting story ends!

Could it be that the oldest daughter uses her telekinetic powers to raise the wooden beam off her teachers' head?
