Yesterday I discovered that Logitech has developed a gorgeous new wireless mouse that I just had to have, so I ordered one today.

Can you blame me?

It took me a while to figure out just why it appealed to me so much and why the design seemed so familiar.

Finally it hit me.

Oh . . . of course.

Ah, but does it have those "wings" on both sides? If not, you probably won't feel so inclined to "fly" it around the room between mouse clicks.

Not according to the photo, and it doesn't look like it would good for lefties either.

A Youtube video about this mouse by CNet (which gave it a glowing review) states that Logitech tried making leftie mice and they didn't sell. They said that lefties (like me) apparently are fine using mice with their right hand.

In fact, all those art-related projects I've been posting since I first did the illustrations for The Wishbone Express and The Hero Experience were done with my right hand, and I've gotten completely comfortable with it.

Frank Frazetta taught himself to paint with his left hand after a stroke impaired his right arm. Moving a mouse around for something like the one below (which is about 80% hand-rendered with MS Paint) is a cakewalk compared to what Frazetta did with paint brushes!
Shocked

I'm not, I don't. And I never will...Despite the pleas from the IT guy at work. Laughing

So as far as I am concerned, Logitech can fold it five ways, and shove it were the Sun don't shine!
