The terrific PBS show Meeting of Minds.

I'd love to see repeats of the show that Steve Allen hosted so well.
Then see new episodes produced. We've learned so much more about historical events & figures since the original show was broadcast. So the examinations by the host could be fresh.

I never seen the series, and it's apparently not available on tape or DVD. But here's a clip from Youtube.

It surprises me, Bud, that the show is not yet available on dvd yet. Popular & critically acclaimed series, I'm sure you would enjoy it as a fan of history.

We'll probably get the classic My Mother the Car on dvd before MOM. Crying or Very sad

The release of Science Fiction Theatre on DVD -- an amazing series which I thought was lost forever -- gives me hope that other "lost classics" like Captain Midnight and Rocky Jones, Space Ranger will someday make triumphant returns to their eager fans.
