That's the first BTS shot I've seen of the Gotengo filming model. Interesting. Thanks, Butch.

This movie has been suggested as an upcoming chat feature, so I decided to find out a bit more about it.

The video below will be interesting to fans of Japanese cinema. Very Happy

Even well-regarded Japanese movies like this one just don't appeal to me. The FX are unimpressive, the stories are often about hokey giant monsters, and the dialog is either subtitled (which I dislike having to read), or the dubbing is a constant distraction.

My apologies to the Japanese sci-fi fans of All Sci-Fi.

Well, the only kaiju (giant monster) in this one is Manda, the serpent-god worshiped by the inhabitants of the undersea kingdom of Mu. Anyway, how can you dislike a movie about a fantastic submarine that not only travels underwater, but also flies and tunnels through solid rock?

And if you don't like subtitles or dubbing, you must be missing a lot of good movies. Namely, all the ones that aren't in English!
