Dirk Bogarde stars in this better-than-average spy spoof about an extremely unskilled secret agent on assignment in Czechoslovakia. Director Ralph Thomas contributed a slightly more serious entry to the spy genre, "Deadlier Than the Male", one year later. Both films star the lovely Sylvia Koscina.









The fine supporting cast includes John LeMesurier, Robert Morley, Leo McKern, and Roger Delgado. The U.S. version was nineteen minutes shorter than the original 98-minute running time.
