Average high school teacher Bob Neill is approached by scientist Tim O'Conner and told that he's not so average; Neill's father was an alien, so Neill possesses unrealized powers of telekinesis, etc.

Neill is recruited as a government super-agent to guard a VIP Bengal princess (Persis Khambata from "Star Trek: The Motion Picture"). Also starring Vic Morrow and Roger Perry. Directed by Nicholas Sgarro.
