Well, sadly we did NOT . . . but happily we do NOW! 
Unfortunately, the link Ralfy provided above for the full movie no longer works. (Damn, like just ain't fair.) 
Anyway, thanks to Ralfy for adding this movie to All Sci-Fi's roster.

Bud we probably did have a thread on this movie on the old board.
This along with "Deepstar 9" came about after John Cameron announced he was doing "The Abyss". Everyone figured he was doing "Aliens" beneath the sea, and so rushed to get their version out. "The Abyss" wasn't what they expected.
