__________

While downloading fine copies of several 1930s and 1940s Universal horror movies from Achive.org today, I starting thinking up amusing "combo titles" for re-edited versions of classic films.

This would be new stories using clips from the movie and dubbed dialog. Here's what I came up with.
Very Happy

The Invisible Man’s Revenge on the Invisible Woman

~ After enjoying a steamy romance and a hasty marriage, the couple break up because they can't see eye-to-eye, and because they fail to be fully transparent with each other. She wins a large divorce settlement, but the invisible man gets revenge by turning all his money invisible so she can find it.

The Bride of Frankenstein Sues for Custody of the Son of Frankenstein

~ When the Frankenstein monster starts stalking young girls who visit a nearby pond, his new bride files for divorce and demands custody of little Frankie Jr.

Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein, the Wolf Man, the Mummy, the Invisible Man, Dr. Jekell, and Mr. Hyde

A & C spend the entire movie fleeing in terror from a vicious gang of movie monsters who are angry about being turned into comedic foils for the famous duo.

The Wolf Man Marries the She-Wolf of London

~ Lon Chaney falls in love with June Lockhart, but their wedding bliss is marred by the fact that every time they gaze up a romantic full moon they start fighting like cats and dogs.

But without the cats . . .

The Ghost of Frankenstein in the haunted House of Dracula

~ The Count can't get a wink of sleep in his coffin, because every time he closes his eyes he hears the moaning and groaning of a ghostly monster, along with the music of his violin-playing friend, a blind hermit who doesn't realize the monster is actually dead.
