This has been done before, mostly badly.

Artist's concept depicting an imminent planetary collision around a pair of double stars.

Suddenly I'm in the mood for a certain George Pal movie . . . and it ain't tom thum!

Always been curious about a planet with life that would have a binary sun,

What would be its orbit in order to ensure that the life would be able to thrive. If that's even possible.

How would 2 suns affect a planet exactly? What would be the size of the suns?

So many questions.

Brother, you said it! I don't see how the orbit of one planet could be stable enough to maintain environmental norms, much less two. You'd think the two planets would be torn apart by the gravitation stresses caused by two orbiting suns and the two planets orbiting each other.
