Jeez, I can't decide! Do want to be a diamond or a tree? Can I be a diamond that they plant to grow a diamond tree?
Ooow, how 'bout I become a tree and then they burn me to make a diamond from the ashes! And then they can plant the diamond and grow a diamond tree!!

Especially if you don't remove the knife!
The problem I can see with the tree option, is that some municipalities and states mandate embalming. That can't be that good for the tree.

Actually embalming is rarely required by law, unless the body is to be shipped by common carrier.
