The trailer isn't all that impressive, but the second video below is interesting.
Enjoy!

I enjoyed this film very much and echo your comments Bud!
I'll give it a bit more time before going into more depth because of the risk of revealing too many spoilers, but make just one comment....Remember this is just the second act of an all new three part story arc. Many questions will be answered in the third part! |

This is a magnificent addition to the Star Wars franchise, with the perfect combination of old and new characters — along with old and new concepts which breathed fresh life into this fictional universe without ignoring the heart and soul of it's long history.
The special effects were based of beloved visuals from past films (like light sabre battles and various spaceships jumping into hyperspace) — all of which were done in a manner that dazzled diehard fans without making the previous movies look dated.
That was a nice trick, and much appreciated by one and all.
Carrie Fisher's last on-screen appearance was so moving and effective it was almost as if she'd arrange to say good-bye to the world of the living by giving us the perfect artistic gift, a magnificent performance which capped her career and concluded the fictional life of her character with consummate style and grace.
Mark Hamill's contribution was equally moving, and his character was treated with all the respect and imagination which life-long fans of Star Wars like myself could possibly hope for!
In short — Star Wars is back and better than ever. The creative geniuses in charge of this film series seem capable of thrilling its eager fans for decades to come. _________________ ____________
