Here's the first of the three short stories by Raymond F. Jones which became the novel which inspired the 1955 classic. I'll add the other two tomorrow.

The covers are wonderful, but they looked pretty bad, so I restored them.

All Sci-Fi member alltare provided links to the novels, and I just couldn't resist presenting the entire trilogy in the easy-to-read method we've pioneered right here on this board.
