… there were other tragedies that affected us. Tmorrow , April 15th, is the 108th anniversary of the sinking of the RMS Titanic.

The iceberg thought to have been hit by Titanic, photographed the morning of 15 April 1912 by SS Prinz Adalbert's chief steward. The iceberg was reported to have a streak of red paint from a ship's hull along its waterline on one side.:

Encounters by the Nautilus when the sub traveled dimensions:

(See The Secret Sea by Thomas F. Manteleone):

The original Rose DeWitt Bukater (Kate Winslet) sketch:

The final painting:

One of Butch's grandmothers was a 2nd class survivor and her life ring which she carried because she couldn't swim has been passed down to me, It took quite a search to finf a good picture as the original life ring has faded in color:

Let us pray that this pandemic does NOT turn into our times' Titanic!

The photo is a modern fake. The Titanic's actual life preservers were plain white with no lettering.

I didn't say that was my life ring, only the best picture I could find. This is closer to what I have (This is not mine, I don't have access to as it is in a museum vault.):

Butch's grandmother is the daughter:

She emmigrated (illegally) to the US and married a citizen.
