"Hey, here's a great idea! Let's reboot Amazing stories!"
"Sure, Pal. Why not? It couldn't be worse than the original."
"Oh, right. Well, then let's reboot Battlestar Galactic!"
"What, again? The reboot they already did is fine, so why reboot the reboot? Wouldn't it make more sense to reboot something like Buck Rogers and make it NOT suck this time?"
"Ah, good idea! Or we could reboot the Fantastic Four franchise! We should reboot The Rise of the Silver Surfer, and then somehow UNboot the reboot that stunk like Dr. Doom's metallic underpants."
"Oh God . . . somebody just shoot me . . . "

Amazing Stories Reboot
Well. the reboot can't be any worse than the original, which was a colossal disappointment to everybody who thought it was going to a wonderful series.
Instead . . . it stunk.
But those opening credits with the John Williams theme is still thrilling. Unfortunately the only two YouTube videos of it have crappy pictures and poor audio. It's obvious they're both form old VHS recordings. Damn . . .
But here's a great re-recording of the theme which sounds nice. However, it just does have the same impact with that great opening.

New BATTLESTAR Galactica Reboot
Let's see, would that make series a reboot of a reboot, or re-reboot? Or is it a re-imagining of the reboot of the original?
Perhaps it's re-imagining of the reboot of the original, which was a re-imagining of Star Wars to avoid legal complications?
I know what everybody is thinking right now. "Why doesn't Hollywood come up with NEW ideas instead of rebooting all the old ones?"
In a perfect world, they would — but think how many "new ideas" have actually bombed just because people often won't give "new ideas" the chance they deserve.

Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007)
Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame were packed with action and humor — but overall they had a darker feel than some of the older Marvel movies. And audiences world wide loved it. Those two films were adult superhero movies, with the right blend of the realism and fantasy.
I like the Fantastic Four movies, but I think one of the reasons they didn't do well general speaking was that they were less "rough around the edges" than the more recent movies, like Captain America: The Winter Soldier, for example
Seven years has made a difference in the way these films are produced, which is why they've gotten even more successful. _________________ ____________
