Wow, this one hour and thirty-seven minute documentary is non-step interviews with the people who design the great monster/sci-fi suits and the actors who wear them!

I learned more in the first twenty minutes than I'd ever known about these remarkable people and the great creations they've brought to life.

In other words, I went ape over this video! Thanks, Tim! Mr. Green
