| I was sad to read that the terrific Filmfax Magazine has ceased publishing after 38 years. It did marvelous coverage of the science fiction & fantasy genre, as did Cinefantastique and Starlog mags. I miss them all when they were are only news source once upon a time. |

People are abandoning the virtues of "reading" in favor of videos that present fast-paced images and a jazzy audio.
Members of All Sci-Fi need to have an active hippocampus and amygdala — the parts of the brain that are especially relevant to creativity and imagination.
They create the kind of post this board needs!
Throw away your "smart phones", folks! You're letting it do all the thinking for you! 
That's why I don't own one of those damn things!
