Gentlemen, in my on-going efforts to attract new members to All Sci-Fi who actually add posts from time to time, I've been contributing comments to the famous Classic Horror Film Board — which has 11,858 members — and I've been including this at the bottom of each of my posts .

However, today I upped the ante' by posting this at the end of an elaborate posts about Mysterious Island which I hope while tempt some of their members to join us!

By the way, folks, the members of the Classic Horror Film Board are cordial invited to join ASF — the only message board with an official T-Shirt!

I think one of the reasons folks don't post is they have become accustomed to social media whereas all they need to do is click a "Like" button, and move on to the next item in the list of attractions.
Social Media has effectively made folks less social, and even fewer are, in my opinion, capable of actually posting meaningful content as that is no longer the norm across all social media platforms.
A meme here, a photo there, a "like" elsewhere seems to be the extent of far too many peoples' literary range.
It is a shame that folks can't slow down a bit and add to these great forums. There is a lot of content, and a subject for almost anybody and everybody to respond to.
I'll do my best to post as my schedule allows as I have always enjoyed the interactions on these forums and forum boards in general. _________________ "You look like a pooped out pinwheel."

Wade, there are two human beings I am extremely grateful to at this moment.
One is the caveman who brought fire to mankind . . . and the other is you, for enriching All Sci-Fi with your intelligence and literary skills.
Anyway, here's what we all think about each of your contributions!

I will continue to post as my schedule allows, and I am enjoying the heck out of being a part of All Sci-Fi again. _________________ "You look like a pooped out pinwheel."

Great, Wade!
Keep up the good work and I'll ask the Rocket Girl in the picture above if I can give you her phone number.
Her motto is, "If you're UP for a nice ride, I'm your gal!" _________________ ____________
