Happy Thanksgiving, folks!
It's 10:00 AM, and I'm sitting in my living room, which looks kinda like this —
— while watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade!
My famous Crispy Potato Salad is sitting in the fridge — literally "chilling out" and waiting to be taken to my sister's house (All Sci-Fi member Robin the Robot) for our annual family gathering.
A Macy's parade float carrying Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors just paused in front of Macy's and performed the song in the video below. I was moved by the sentiment, so I decided to share this piece of music with you guys.
It's dedicated to the idea that people who possess the same passions are hard to find . . . and that's what All Sci-Fi is all about!
With that in mind, I just called my wonderful daughter, All Sci-Fi member Ticket2theMoon.
We talked briefly because she was busy preparing Thanksgiving dinner for her family while watching the Marcy's parade, just like I was — and she was also impressed by the sentiment expressed in the song below!
So . . . Happy Turkey Day, my fellow science fiction nerds!

This Thanksgiving I'll be dinning with my extended family, and I've promised to treat my nieces, nephews, brother-in-law, all their little youngins — and especially my beloved sister, Robin (All Sci-Fi member Robin the Robot) — to my World Famous Crispy Potato Salad.
This culinary masterpiece was first created by me a full decade ago, back in 2014 — and it was an instant success!
Since that time I've repeated my miraculous creation on several occasions, and established it as a true Thanksgiving tradition.
And so, folks, with just five days to go until my next presentation of Bud's Crispy Potato Salad, I hope all the members of All Sci-Fi are looking forward to the final days of 2024 . . .
And a truly joyful holiday season!_ _________________ ____________
