Threshold was a 13 episode Sci-fi series on CBS which dealt with an extraterrestrial craft which has landed in the Atlantic Ocean. A naval ship encounters the alien craft and all of the crew become infected with the alien's DNA. Most of the crew are dead but a few of the infected crew escaped the ship and made it to shore and are now infecting others.
This is a creepy, but well acted and produced series which I very much enjoyed.

I found the concept of having aliens conquer the earth not via attacking starships, but by genetically morphing humans into them absolutely fascinating.
Guess the premise really goes back to Invasion Of The Body Snatchers, a classic sf film of the 50s. |

I liked this show for the cast. Carla Gugino was easy on the eyes. Brent Spiner was interesting in a role other than Data. I was (and still am) a fan of Peter Dinklage. And I was able to understand the story lines most of the time.
I was shocked when it was cancelled. |

Well, I didn't manage to get into the series when I watched the DVD's Randy sent me. But I certainly agree with Bulldogtrekker's comment about Carla Gugino.
This shot of her at a Hollywood event is . . . mesmerizing!

I wondered if YouTube might have all 13 of the episodes for this brief series, so I checked.
By gum, they do!
So, I can binge watch this series without even getting off my couch and putting in Randy Everett's DVD-Rs! I can just tell my DISH voice-activated remote to find them on YouTube and then watch 'em . . . with beer, Pepsi, and popcorn!
Man, is this a great country or what?
