Not sure that this is the proper forum (please move it as needed), but the mention of Science Fiction Theater brings back a LOT of memories as a kid. Running to the bedroom to hide under the covers when the "monster music" started playing. Have to laugh at being such a scare-dy cat!
There was a show called "Seymour Presents" hosted by Larry Vincent. Really loved the gags during commercial breaks! Sure would be great to see some of them again.

I moved the thread to Off Topic Discussions because it didn't seem to be science fiction. But if you tell us more about the show and I realize I've placed it in the wrong category, I'll move it again.
