Enjoyable comedy-mystery from Warner Brothers, featuring a sci-fi concept as a key story element — a suspended-animation serum is used by a wealthy woman to trick her heirs into thinking she's dead.
Milton Parson plays a lunatic on the loose from a sanitarium, and Craig Stevens ("Peter Gunn", "The Deadly Mantis") is the hero. An obscure, seldom-seen film directed by Ben Stoloff. Also starring Monte Blue, Julie Bishop, Elizabeth Fraser, and Willie Best. _________________ ____________

Always got a big kick out of these old films that took place in a haunted mansion or a castle. Love them thar secret panels and passageways that ramp up the spooky atmosphere.

Good news! Here's a pretty good copy of this Sci-Fi, Mystery, Comedy for "Spooky Movie Dave"!
IMDB trivia states that, "First-billed Craig Stevens does not appear until thirty minutes into the movie."
Unusual, since the movie is only 66 minutes long!
