American ingenuity -- Russian style!

This is the coolest damn homemade vehicle since Alley Opp invented the GTO in 4 zillion BC! It rolls on land, it floats on water, it's propelled by fans, and it's so good for picking up chicks that they'll chase you right into the pond and drown in the name of love! Shocked

But don't take my word for it. Brush up on your Russian and watch this video. It's literally outrageous!
