Oh, sure — dogs can sit, roll over, play dead, fetch, speak, shake hands, and pee on the furniture.

But do they have unsuspected math skills?

Yes! Shocked

Watch "Jumpy", the mathematical K-9, prove that he knows ordinal numbers backwards and forwards. A very cool pooch. Cool

This one makes me wonder if the dog might really know that three falls between two and four, and therefore he's eager to hear "three" when he hears either of the numbers above or below it.

Is that really "counting"? Well . . . sort of! Confused
