The problem with such large collections is the many duplicates it would contain of titles I already own individually.

In addition to the "double-dip" problem mentioned above, I have two more issues:

1)The collection might be TOO wide-ranging. I don't know if a lot of people would have both MRS. MINIVER and THE HANGOVER in their collections Smile.

2)For me, personally, I'm a Blu-ray guy. DVD just doesn't cut it on a larger screen. Most media is high def now...not just discs. I wouldn't want a large collection of movies in a lower defintion than I can get over regular TV.

Brent, are there any 4k "DVD"s (or whatever they might be called) available? And what about 8k?

Of course this particular item will only be of use to our European members since the disks are region 2.
