The problem with such large collections is the many duplicates it would contain of titles I already own individually.

In addition to the "double-dip" problem mentioned above, I have two more issues:

1)The collection might be TOO wide-ranging. I don't know if a lot of people would have both MRS. MINIVER and THE HANGOVER in their collections .

2)For me, personally, I'm a Blu-ray guy. DVD just doesn't cut it on a larger screen. Most media is high def now...not just discs. I wouldn't want a large collection of movies in a lower defintion than I can get over regular TV.

Brent, are there any 4k "DVD"s (or whatever they might be called) available? And what about 8k?
