This is amazing! This is a totally unmanned warship! Read that first paragraph below and you won't be able to resist the urge to read the rest!

This week, the US military christened an experimental, autonomous warship that can operate for months at a time without a crew. The newly-named Sea Hunter was developed by research agency DARPA as part of its ACTUV program — a rather unwieldy acronym that stands for Anti-Submarine Warfare Continuous Trail Unmanned Vessel.
The 132-foot vessel is powered by diesel engines and is designed to operate without even human remote control.

Right. Now we can fight wars that are just like video games. Nobody gets hurt, and the looser is the nation who runs out of robot boats, planes, and tanks!
(If this autonomous vessel has no crew, does that make it a ro-boat?  )
