J.K. Rowling is undoubtedly one of the most gifted writers on the planet, and the movies that are based on her work are more fun than watching a roller coaster full of monkeys! Very Happy

I started watching my DVDs of the films early yesterday, and I might actually be done with all eight films before hitting the sack tonight. Naturally I messed around on All Sci-Fi while watching, but the films are complex enough to require the viewer to pay close attention, so even though I've seen the movies before, I gave them the largest part of my concentration.

The filmmakers made excellent choices in the casting of the major roles, and they were lucky enough to select three remarkable youngsters who stuck with their roles for ten years and aged extremely well during the course of the franchise.

A delightful move with great John Williams music. I think I'll watch all these again the near future. Very Happy

The wife and I just binge-watched all the Harry Potter films a few weeks ago.

I love everything about these movies, the characters and the storylines. Even now, after having seen all of them countless times, I still pick up on something different every time I watch them.

Something in the background, a SFX of some sort...usually something. Many of the scenes are highly detailed and there is so much going on, it's easy to see why something new always seems to get noticed.
