I'm a bit surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet.

At 7:55am EDT, Cassini, the durable little probe, closed out 20 yrs of service by diving headlong into Saturn.

It has provided mountains of data, amazing pics, and helped us understand our own place in the solar system a bit better.

It seems that the future of Space exploration will mostly be done by robotic surroguettes.

Man still belongs in Space. Keep the dream alive!
