You know, it seems to me that July 20th is an important date for some reason. But I can’t remember why.

Was it the day the first American satellite went up? No, wait a minute, that’s not it. Explorer 1 was launched on January 31st, 1958.

Oh oh oh! I’ll bet it was the date the first man went into space, that Russian cosmonaut — Yogi BaBearin! (I probably spelled that wrong. I’m always making Boo-Boo’s like that.

Ah-ha! I’ve got it! I’ll bet is was the release date for Destination Moon! Here’s a picture from that movie to commemorate this historic occasion.
