About Today's Featured Threads
Alltare’s comments about the three movies below especially interesting, because he thoroughly covers the subjects he discusses. I really enjoyed re-reading them!
He describes his childhood experience when he saw It Came from Outer Space in 3D, and he even remembers the scenes that impressed him the most. (I love personal stories like the one he shared. )
Ditto concerning The Mole People, which he says is one of his favorites. I definitely share his enthusiasm for the opening lecture by Dr. Frank Baxter. Pure Fifties Sci-Fi Gold!
Finally, he describes his experience with his recently acquired DVD of The Magnetic Monster. I was very amused by alltare’s comments concerning the audio commentary by Derek Botello and the way Mr. Botello was . . . well, less than an expert on the movie about which he rendered his questionable opinions.
Writing replies to alltare’s three posts is going to be as easy as shooting The Creature from the Black Lagoon in a barrel!
