"No Ordinary Family" ran on the ABC Network from September 28,2010 to April 05,2011 for 20 episodes.

Premise } While on a family vacation, the Powell's of Pacific Bay, CA, are in a small plane that crashes in the Amazon, Brazil. Mysteriously, the family of four discover that they have all gained different superhuman abilities.

James Powell, Sr (father) has become nearly invulnerable & has super strength. Like the Hulk, Jim can leap long distances. Dr. Stephanie Powell (mother) is a scientist who now is a super speedster.

Daphne Nicole Powell (daughter) is 16 and now is telepathic.
She is able to view the memories of others as well as erase memories of others.

She can influence the behavior of people for a limited time period.

James JJ Powell, Jr (son), is 14 and now has a super genius intellect that also allows him to speed read and have total recall of information.

This was an enjoyable show that deserved more seasons.

The cast was wonderful as we watched them to struggle to understand their new powers, what their limits were, how to use them and not misuse them.

The Powell's encountered other people who had also gained superpowers and did not use them for good as the Powell family did.

Who was behind all this & what was their ultimate purpose?
Unfortunately we never learned this due to the show's untimely cancellation.

This was a TV version of THE FANTASTIC FOUR. Unfortunatly it ended all too soon.
