There's only nine episodes of this series, but they're all on YouTube'. But the picture is terrible, I'm sorry to say.
Too bad, because the series looks like it might have been good. Wikipedia sums up the series like this.

Created by Dick Wolf and Robert De Laurentis, the series starred Yancy Butler as Sgt. Eve Edison, a beautiful police officer who is also a sophisticated gynoid robot capable of learning and emotion. She is partnered with Det. Bobby Mann (David Andrews), a human officer who holds disdain for robots.

IMDB describes the show's premise like this.
________________________________
In the near future, cop Bobby Mann is teamed with a voluptuous robot partner, Sgt. Eve Edison. He's a brash, wise-cracking maverick; she's serious, naive, by-the-book and tends to take things literally. In this hour-long series, the two detectives learn from each other, while solving a variety of crimes.

Great Show!

Wonderful early 90s show.
Full of life and with great performances.
It's really too bad that NBC changed its mind about its commitment to Dick Wolf at that time and dumped this show and South Beach into the Summer so they could kill them without really giving them a chance. Both shows were extremely well-made and would have been big hits if they had been given any support by NBC.
Later Law and Order's ratings picked up and dick Wolf became again their knight in shining armor.
It's also too bad for Yancy Butler who ended up doing awful movies and shows like Witchblade, and for David Andrews who is only now seeing a well-deserved career revival. _________________ ____________
