All Sci-Fi's recipe for Delicious Post Replies Soup, served piping hot, with pickles and beer.
Take two servings of Willis O'Brien animation and season with a generous helping of "hot blue-eye blond" from a hi-tech series, vintage 1972.

Heat to a simmer and serve. It's the perfect lunch for Thursday afternoon's in the early fall, especially on rainy or chilly days. ________________________________________________
Mighty Joe Young (1949)
Opening Statement: Mike, you could not be more correct about the dynamic and emotionally moving orphanage scene! Very Happy
In the entire history of stop-motion, no scene is more dramatic and heroic than Joe's rescue of the little girl on the top floor of the burning orphanage! Shocked
And I feel that the 1998 Disney remake of Mighty Joe Young made a valiant effort to recreate that golden moment and give it as much emotional impact as they possibly could.
Son of Kong (1933)
Opening Statement: Willis O'Brien was a great unsung hero for stop-motion special effects.
He is getting his due nowadays from FB websites, books on the history of movie special/visual effects & so forth. Long deserved by this giant in movie magic & mentor of the terrific Ray Harryhausen.
Probe / Search (1972-1973)
Opening Statement: Angel Tompkins wasn't just sexy because she was pretty — it was also because she made catty remarks about Hugh O'Brien's bio-readings when he encountered a women to whom he was attracted.
And Burgess Meredith would chide her about making personal and unprofessional comments that could be heard by Hugh! Shocked
In other words, Angel could "whisper" into Hugh's ear when she made sultry "jealous lover" remarks about his own physical arousal and make him even more horny than he already was because of the lady he was actually near and suavely flirting with _________________ ____________
