A damn big snake that can kill with a hug, one powerful young lady can slice 'n dice people from a distance, and two dead soldiers get a new lease on life!

Tread carefully, my friends! There's danger ahead . . . Shocked ________________________________________________

Universal Soldier (1992)

Opening Statement: IMDB has several interesting trivia items for this production.

~ Both Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren attended the 1992 Cannes Film Festival in order to promote this film. Just outside the festival hall, Van Damme and Lundgren were shown having an argument, and then pushing and threatening each other before security guards intervened and stopped them.

This brawl between the two became a talking point for the media and was reported on many news channels. However, years later, Lundgren revealed in an interview that it was all staged to garner publicity for this movie. Van Damme also confirmed this on a 2018 podcast.

Note from me: Hot damn! As soon as I started reading that item I just knew it was a stunt the boys pulled off to promote the movie! Good job, fellas.

The Fury (1978)

Opening Statement: IMDB has several interesting trivia items for this production. Very Happy

~ John Williams's music was composed in the style of a Bernard Herrmann score from an Alfred Hitchcock movie.

Note from me: Here's a suit from the soundtrack. Listen and judge for yourself.

Anaconda (1997)

Opening Statement: IMDB has several interesting trivia items for this production. Very Happy

~ During the filming of one scene, the controls for the animatronic anaconda shorted out, causing it to completely lose control. Some of the footage is included in the movie.

Note from me: I wonder if the actors knew they were working with a robot snake that had gone berserk!
