Greg Jein died on May 22, 2022. In addition to being a top SPFX technician, he was a top miniature and prop builder.

He was also an avid prop, miniature and costume collector. Heritage Auctions is auctioning off his collection of props, miniatures and costumes, some of which are his own creations.

It is an amazing collection, and well worth looking at.

Prop builder Richard Coyle commented on this auction. According to Mr. Coyle, this is only a small part of Greg Jein's collection. If true, and this auction does well, there might be more auctions in the future.
