~ The brother of the giant octopus that attacked San Francisco seeks revenge against the U.S. Navy's entire submarine fleet, because a sub killed its sibling!

Kenneth Toby returns as the heroic captain of an advanced new sub, and he's ordered to hunt down the beast before it wipes out our Navy!





While hunting for the huge, mutated octopus, Commander Toby encounters another submarine — one which has been transported from the previous century by an "undersea temporal rift".

Nemo is so please to learn that submarines have been used to discourage war in the 20th century that he agrees to help Captain Toby defeat the the giant Octopus Vulgaris
