This is freakin weird, at -200C spontaneous electricity happens.

I read the article and was surprised when, right at the end, the author stated that this discovery related to how giant clouds of super-cooled carbon monoxide might be producing electricity that promotes star formation!

The article ends with this statement.

Only science can take us from laughing gas to actual stars because of a chance discovery in the lab. And thats why we love it.

AND it shows that science is process NOT a belief system — http://www.allsci-fi.com/viewtopic.php?t=886 which is the way that most science is promoted.

In my not-so-humble viewpoint, there is NO conflict between the process of science ("an orderly way of finding probable answers") and religion.
