The good old American Broadcasting Network has launched an incredible new series which tops The Mentalist, Monk, Castle, and Bones!
The main character is a brilliant (and beautiful) single mom who has a 160 IQ and three children. She's making ends meet by working as an after-hours cleaning lady at an LAPD precinct. But when she takes a quick look at the detective's "evidence board" she realizes that the cops are looking for the wrong suspect!
Yes . . . she's THAT damn smart!
So, the brilliant lady makes a few quick changes to the evidence board to help the detectives, and then she goes home for the night.
But this woman is so sassy, savy, and sexy that when the cops are shown — by her changes to the board —
that they'd screwed up, they're so intimidated by her that they arrest her for "tampering with the evidence."
And so, ladies and gents, off we go — into a great story about a brilliant and courageous woman who desperately wants the cops to catch the right killer, even though they fail to acknowledge her own awesome skills.
This new series from ABC has only aired two episodes, and will continue on October 8th, but it has already convinced me that it's a brilliant and unique television show which should command the respect of all the intelligent people who can appreciate its brilliant writing, excellent acting, and stunning production values — the likes of which have rarely been seen on network television. _________________ ____________

Wade, my satellite provider (DISH) offers the first two episode "on demand" to I can watch them on my TV — which is how I managed to see the only two episode that have aired so far
Perhaps you'll find a similar way to catch up on the series. Those two episodes provide important scenes that introduce the unique character. You'll have a much better appreciation fo the series if you start from the beginning.
Actually you can just go to ABC's website and watch them on your computer!

Episodes one-through-three of this remarkable series have been delightful, with Kaitlin Olson an absolute joy to watch — especially in her various miniskirt-and-boots outfits which make her so sexy that I have to keep rerunning the scenes to follow the stories, because I was so mesmerized by the gorgeous lady!
But the plots have also been wonderful, and the character interactions are superb.
Gentlemen, if you have a DVR I strongly recommend that you set it to record High Potential on ABC every Tuesday night at 8:00 pm EST.
Admittedly, this isn't science fiction, but it IS science being used to solve crimes by a woman with a 160 IQ . . . who looks sexy in a miniskirt and boots. _________________ ____________

This is a great show. I so enjoy how she brings up random reasons why she knows useful information, and how they handle the effects for those scenes. Also, the scenes with the main police officer and her are an interesting dynamic. _________________ Science and Discovery are important but so is a of the unknown. |
