I started this 14 years years ago and finally finished it.
Its scratch built from wood and plastic. I found an old Magic Slate on ebay for the screen. The lights are modern replicas for the original modified for LEDs.
The stylus was made from 3 pieces of styrene cut and glued
then filled with baking powder and set with thin CA glue.
The red and yellow lights flash and the white is on steady.

GREAT BUILD!
I always wondered what Kirk was signing for the cute female ensign! _________________ There comes a time, thief, when gold loses its lustre, and the gems cease to sparkle, and the throne room becomes a prison; and all that is left is a father's love for his child. |

Thanks!
Despite it being a long time build, most of the time just sitting on a shelf, I'm happy to have it finished and in my collection. |
