The video is very interesting, and it present a nice overview of the Moon's potential for colonization. I found some nice pictures to show what we all hope will happen in the decades ahead.

I don't the source of the top picture, but it is strangely similar to Moonbase of TV's UFO (Syndicated 1970 - 1971).

All of the pictures in my post are from a Google image search I did of "lunar colonies". I just picked the six I liked the best. Do an image search for any of the ones you'd like to find the source for.
The one at the top of the thread in Pye-rate's initial post is a screen shot I made from the video itself in the article he found and posted the link to.
For the benefit of the other members I should point out that Pye-rate has allowed me to enhance his many interesting science posts with pictures and embedded links, to entice more members to read them and reply.

Almost certainly, the originator of those artworks used is a Gerry Anderson fan.
