IMDB describes this movie thus.
_____________________________
In the near future, when communications go offline at a remote nuclear power plant isolated in the desert, a young safety inspector, Abby Dixon, is forced to fly out to bring them back online. Once inside the facility, mysterious clues and strange behaviors cause Abby to have doubts about the sanity, and perhaps identities, of the two employees onsite.

Haven't seen this one yet, but I read the Wikipedia synopsis, and frankly I'm not that impressed with the plot. Maybe the author just didn't do a good job of describing the story.
So, unless somebody can recommend this movie for reasons that might cause me to enjoy it, I think I'll pass on this one.
I must admit, however, that star Sarah Habel is quite attractive.
