Never seen that before. Neat!
I used to buy candy cigarettes all the time when I was a kid. Compressed sugar with red dye at the tip . Not the healthiest item but we all survived.
The dim-witted do-gooders got it into their heads that buying candy cigarettes would lead kids to smoking real cigarettes. It's a goofy idea but you can't stop a do-gooder on a mission and now we can't buy them. And after consuming all of those candy cigarettes, I never smoked real cigarettes and none of my friends smoke them. |

Me neither. But I did develop a need for a periodic sugar fix.
There's the safety assurance:

Mmm, Roy Rogers sweet cigarettes, I remember those. Suspiciously similar "candy sticks" are still on the shelves, but they don't have the red end to them. And I never graduated to smoking "real" cigarettes, either. |
