I just watched an advanced copy of the first episode of this terrific series and highly recommend it!

MARS, a six-part global event series on the National Geographic Channel, tells the inspiring story of the settlement of Mars from the vantage point of a fictional mission to Mars in 2033. The series combines scripted drama paired with documentary sequences featuring scientists and innovators who are leading the research and development of space technology that will make a future mission to settle Mars possible.

MARS premieres on Monday, Nov. 14, at 9/8 c. For more information visit the National Geographic Channel.

I am enjoying this new Ron Howard tv series.

I love that they are approaching it from a realistic science to show us just what humankind will be facing in its attempts to colonize the Red Planet.

The production designs are high quality,great cast.
