Emmy-Winning Actor Bill Paxton Dead at 61 Due to Complications from Surgery

Remembering Bill Paxton, who passed away today at age 61. Mostly a supporting actor, Paxton appeared in such films as The Terminator, Aliens, Titanic, Apollo 13, Weird Science, Commando, Streets of Fire, The Lord's of Discipline, Mortuary, Near Dark, Next of Kin, Predator 2, Navy SEALs, Tombstone, True Lies, Twister, Mighty Joe Young (1998), Vertical Limit, U-571, Frailty, Million Dollar Arm, Edge of Tomorrow, Mean Dreams, and many others. RIP May 17, 1955 - February 26, 2017.

Bill might not have been the greatest actor in Hollywood, but for some reason I always enjoyed his performances. He was just plain likable.

He'll be missed. Sad
