Hate to be a know it all and such but they are actually Cybermen mark II I'm afraid! They were seen in The Moonbase and Tomb of The Cybermen while the original versions were only seen in The Tenth planet! 
Even the versions seen last year in Capaldi's laughable two parter weren't exactly the original Cybermen. Close but no cigar, more of a mark I.5 than anything!

I think my favourite Cybermen were those seen in Patrick Troughton's The Invasion and Tom Baker's Revenge of The Cybermen! Earthshock ones were good at least in Earthshock, later on they became like figures in a shooting gallery bullseye game!
